The Fitness Center has a maximum capacity of 30 adults
or 36 students for the 18 stations.
Common Rules of Etiquette:
Attire/Towels:Wear proper exercise attire at all times. West St. Francois County R-IV reserves the right to determine what clothing is appropriate or not appropriate and may result in the denial of access to the facility until the member complies. The dress code is as follows:

Consumption of food or any beverage other than water or sports drinks is prohibited throughout the Fitness Center.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed on school property or in the Fitness Center.

No camera-equipped devices are to be used in any area where personal privacy is generally acknowledge, including restrooms, exercise areas at any time due to the possibility of personal privacy violations. Talking on cellphones while in the Fitness Center is prohibited. Cellular phones may be used in conjunction with headphones to listen to personal music while on the equipment.
Damages to Property:Any member or guest who intentionally damages any property of West County R-IV will be held financially responsible for the damage. Equipment will be inspected daily by staff for wear and tear and loose cables.

If your child is in the gym at practice, parents are not allowed to watch the practice while in the fitness center.
If there is a game in the gym, members will, upon signing in at the main office, be given a ticket with a date and time. The ticket must be given to the Fitness Center floor personnel upon entrance. Tickets cannot be given to anyone else during the event. Damaged, Lost, and Stolen Items:West St. Francois County R-IV is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen personal items brought to the Fitness Center. If items are turned in they will be kept in the Middle School office and may be claimed in person. Lost and found items will be confirmed over the phone. We cannot store personal belongings for members.
